Preparation
  • Mix the first 5 dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the rest of the wet ingredients. Slowly add the dry mix to the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly with help of hand mixer.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes in a nine-inch cake pan in preheated oven.
  • After cooling these for about 2 hours, decorate with frosting as you wish.
