Preparation
Mix the first 5 dry ingredients in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix the rest of the wet ingredients. Slowly add the dry mix to the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly with help of hand mixer.
Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes in a nine-inch cake pan in preheated oven.
After cooling these for about 2 hours, decorate with frosting as you wish.
