Potato - eggplant curry

Preparation
Cut the vegetables in cubes.
Chop the onion finely.
In a pan heat the oil and splutter the mustard seeds.
Add chilies and fry for a minute.
Add potato, chilly powder and garam masala and fry for some time.
Keep the flame low and cook the potato.
When the potato is almost done add the eggplant and salt and cook for 5-10 minutes.
