Preparation
Boil potatoes, peel the skin off and slice them into small pieces of medium thickness.
Soak handful of brown chick peas overnight.
Finely chop onions, tomatoes, ginger, cucumber and fresh coriander.
Take a large bowl. Add potatoes, all the finely chopped vegetables, the soaked brown chick peas and mix well.
Add chilli powder, cumin powder, chat masala, lime, salt and mix well.
Serve cold with a hot cup of coffee or chai.
