Brussels sprouts fry

Preparation
Cut Brussels sprouts into small nice piece and keep aside.
Take 2-3 tsp oil and warm the oil.
Then add mustard seeds, Channa dal and urad dal and let them fry till they are brown.
Then add cut green chilies.
Then add the finest cut Brussels sprouts and fry for about 15 minutes (until it is done. Does not take long to cook).
Once done, add salt and powdered coconut
