Wash poha (rice flakes) in water till clean. Drain all the water and keep aside
After 5 minutes loosen the poha (rice flakes) gently with fingers, and break all the lumps
In a pan, heat oil, add cumin & mustard seeds and put chilies, curry leafs. Stir for 2-3 minutes and then add onion, Stir it and fry till red and tender, add potatoes, green peas. Now reduce the flame to low till it done then add poha (rice flakes) and all other ingredients. Mix very well.
Add salt and lemon as per taste. Mix it very gently.
Garnish with coriander leaves and grated coconut and eat warm.
